Ron and his wife Joan relocated to Southwest Florida in 1997. The novelty of living in Paradise never wore off. In 2002 Ron began assisting buyers from all over the country (and world) find their dream vacation or permanent home. He has a three phase approach in finding the home or condo that fits the needs an wants of his clients.
Phase 1. The information phase. He obtains information from the client regarding area of interest, type of home and price points. Phase 2. The Education phase. Ron educates his clients on the various aspects of the communities of interest such as Amenities and HOA, Master Association fees and taxes.
Phase 3. The Action Phase (The fun phase) Based on the information and criteria set by the clients they set out on the adventure of finding the RIGHT home in the RIGHT community for the RIGHT price. Ron can also assist clients with mobility issues find Barrier Free homes or homes that can easily be made Barrier Free
